1- The Participant shall be a client for Madinet Masr through owning a unit under a contract of sale dated starting from January 2025. 2- The participating customer shall be constant to pay all instalments and amounts due under the contract until the date of participation in the competition. 3- The customer desiring to participate in the competition is required to pay at least one instalment of the price of the unit he owns until the date of participation in the competition. 4- The prize will be drawn in the numbers of the units and not in the names of the owners of the residential units. 5- The winning residential unit shall not enter the draw again in the same competition. 6- Participation in the competition is limited to owners of units of natural persons only without juristic persons. 7- In case of the existence of more than one owner of the winning unit, the owners of the winning unit shall agree among themselves to waive the prize to one of them. 8- In case the winning unit is owned by one or more minors, the prize shall be handed to the guardian of the minor or minors in accordance with the concluded contract for the sale of the unit.
1-The company will cover all remaining installments on the unit as they become due. 2-The unit will be fully finished and furnished, including appliances and furniture, with a maximum budget of EGP 1,550,000 (One million five hundred fifty thousand Egyptian pounds only), after receiving the unit by the winner in the specified date of delivery. 3-Providing family membership for the winner at "Klub Kayan." 4-Coverage of the winner's children's tuition fees at "Lemania Swiss International School," up to a maximum of EGP 1,000,000 (One million Egyptian pounds only). 5-Granting stakes in one of the administrative units offered in the SAFE application worth EGP 3,000,000 (Three million Egyptian pounds only).
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the Egyptian Dream initiative. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with the following terms:
1. The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash, or assigned to any third party. 2. All benefits granted under this initiative are subject to the winner’s compliance with these terms. 3. Only the winner shall be fully liable towards any applicable taxes or governmental fees related to the prize, according to the Egyptian laws.
1. The winner shall be granted a tuition credit of 1,000,000 EGP at Lemania Swiss International School after being established and operated as it hasn’t been established yet. 2. This credit shall be applied exclusively towards tuition fees and cannot be converted into cash or used for any other expenses. 3. The credit shall be utilized on an annual basis and will not be provided as a lump sum. 4. If the winner does not have children at the time of the prize announcement, the tuition benefit may be deferred for up to one (1) year. 5. If the unit is sold before all installment payments are completed, any remaining tuition credit will expire at the end of the current academic year.
1. The winner and their first-degree relatives (spouse, and minor children only excluding adults) will be granted membership at Klub Kayan. 2. Club membership is non-transferable and will be terminated if the unit is sold before the completion of all installment payments.
1. If the unit is sold before all installment payments are completed: • The new buyer must continue making installment payments under the existing schedule. • Club membership will be immediately terminated. • The tuition benefit will expire at the end of the current academic year. • Any SAFE stakes allocated to the winner will be refunded to the company, and the winner will retain any distributions or financial gains received prior to the sale. • If the sale occurs before the unit is delivered, the unit will not be finished or furnished. • If the sale occurs after delivery and the unit has been finished and furnished, no reimbursement for finishing or furnishing costs will be granted. 2. If the unit is sold after all installment payments have been fully covered by the initiative: • Club membership will be immediately terminated. • The tuition benefit will expire at the end of the current academic year. • Any SAFE stakes allocated to the winner will be refunded to the company, and the winner will retain any distributions or financial gains received prior to the sale.
1. In the event of the winner’s death, all remaining benefits shall transfer to the winner’s first-degree relatives, subject to the same terms and conditions.
1. Madinet Masr for Housing and Development reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion. 2. The winner bears full responsibility for paying any taxes or government fees imposed on the prize, including the stamp tax, in accordance with Egyptian laws. 3. Any disputes arising from this initiative and/or its T&Cs shall be resolved in accordance with the governing laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
in case of any discrepancies between the Arabic and English texts, the Arabic language shall prevail.
A. (5) Five contestants shall be selected by the draw on 8/4/2025. B. All contestants are obliged to attend the company's headquarters on 9/4/2025. C. A competition consisting of (10) ten questions shall be held and to be answered by the contestants. D. The winner shall be selected based on a specific criterion which is the correct answer to the largest number of questions within the lowest period of time.
